Back Office Data Specialist
Job Description:

As a Back Office Data Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ data is processed, maintained, and managed efficiently. - Position: Back Office Data Specialist
- Location: Remote
- Terms: Full-time and Part-time
- Pay: Hourly rate – to be discussed during the interview process
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and manage data across various platforms
- Perform routine checks to ensure data quality and integrity
- Support clients by handling documentation, records, and digital files
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist in generating reports and maintaining data logs
- Uphold confidentiality and security standards at all times
Preferred Qualifications:
- GCE A/L qualification or diploma in a related field
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
