Business Development Executive
Job Description:
At Voodesk, growth is driven by strong client relationships and a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities. As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and supporting the conversion of leads into long-term CX partnerships. If you are proactive, articulate, and comfortable working with global clients in a remote environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through online platforms, inbound leads, and outbound outreach
- Prepare and submit customized proposals aligned with client requirements and Voodesk’s CX services
- Communicate with prospective clients via email, messaging, and video calls
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, presentations, and meetings with leadership and CX teams
- Understand client needs and translate them into clear internal briefs for delivery teams
- Coordinate client onboarding and handover once projects are confirmed
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and opportunities using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (B2B experience preferred)
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Confidence in conducting virtual client meetings and presentations
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple opportunities remotely
