Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

  • Position: Customer Success Specialist
  • Location: Remote and On-site (Kandy, Sri Lanka – Headquarters)
  • Terms: Full-time and Part-time
  • Pay:  Hourly rate – to be discussed during the interview process
Responsibilities:
  • Support customers via phone, email, or chat with care and professionalism
  • Help resolve issues related to products or services
  • Accurately document interactions for tracking and reporting
  • Update and maintain customer records
  • Identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions or upgrades
  • Be an advocate for customer happiness and loyalty
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Great communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to navigate computer systems with ease
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach
Work Environment:
  • Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems
  • Your Work At Home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file.  
  • You will need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection.
  • You will need to have active mobile phone service for verification purposes.  
  • Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet with proof that your ISP meets a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps.
