Customer Success Specialist

- Position: Customer Success Specialist
- Location: Remote and On-site (Kandy, Sri Lanka – Headquarters)
- Terms: Full-time and Part-time
- Pay: Hourly rate – to be discussed during the interview process
Responsibilities:
- Support customers via phone, email, or chat with care and professionalism
- Help resolve issues related to products or services
- Accurately document interactions for tracking and reporting
- Update and maintain customer records
- Identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions or upgrades
- Be an advocate for customer happiness and loyalty
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Great communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to navigate computer systems with ease
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach
Work Environment:
- Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems
- Your Work At Home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file.
- You will need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection.
- You will need to have active mobile phone service for verification purposes.
- Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet with proof that your ISP meets a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps.
