- Location: On-site (Kandy, Sri Lanka – Headquarters)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency across departments
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to meet KPIs and business goals
- Analyze processes and implement improvements to drive productivity
- Collaborate with leadership to align operational strategies with company objectives
- Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects stay on track
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Report regularly on operational performance and suggest strategic improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations management, project coordination, or business leadership
- A degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven experience in process optimization and team coordination
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, project management software, and CRMs
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Work Environment:
- Based on-site at our vibrant and collaborative Kandy headquarters
- Monday to Friday schedule with occasional flexibility based on operational needs
