Project Coordinator

- Position: Project Coordinator
- Location: On-site (Kandy, Sri Lanka – Headquarters)
- Terms: Full-time
- Pay: Monthly salary – discussed during interview
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure timely execution of projects
- Assist operations managers in planning, scheduling, and documentation
- Track project progress and help resolve any roadblocks or delays
- Communicate with internal teams and external clients to gather requirements and provide updates
- Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates as needed
- Support cross-functional collaboration and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field
- Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp is an advantage
- Ability to adapt quickly and multitask in a dynamic environment
Work Environment:
- Based on-site at our vibrant and collaborative Kandy headquarters
- Monday to Friday schedule with occasional flexibility based on operational needs
