SEO Specialist

  • Position: SEO Specialist
  • Location: Remote
  • Terms: Part-time
  • Pay:  Hourly rate – to be discussed during the interview process
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical)
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
  • Optimize website content, blog posts, meta tags, headings, and URLs for search engines
  • Monitor website performance and provide regular reports using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
  • Collaborate with content writers and web developers to ensure SEO best practices
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Conduct regular site audits and resolve technical SEO issues (crawl errors, broken links, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (especially WordPress)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure is a plus
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects in a remote environment
