Social Media Manager

Job Description:

  • Position: Social Media Manager
  • Location: Remote 
  • Terms: Full-time and Part-time
  • Pay:  Hourly rate – to be discussed during the interview process
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow Voodesk’s social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, carousels, stories)
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaigns
  • Respond to messages, comments, and mentions to nurture community engagement
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms
  • Analyze performance metrics and report on engagement, reach, growth, etc.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and leadership teams for campaign launches and brand initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content marketing
  • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later/Buffer, and basic video editing
  • Deep understanding of social trends, platform algorithms, and content best practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote setting
  • Creativity, consistency, and a genuine passion for digital connection
