  • Position: Virtual Assistant
  • Location: Remote
  • Terms: Full-time and Part-time
  • Pay: Hourly rate – to be discussed during the interview process
Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to clients via email, phone, and chat
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules
  • Handle inboxes, draft emails, and coordinate communication
  • Conduct internet research, data entry, and light reporting
  • Assist with travel arrangements, online orders, and event coordination
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
  • Adapt to different client needs and work styles with professionalism
  • Use productivity and project management tools as required (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Trello, Slack)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or administrative support role is a plus
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Friendly, reliable, and client-focused mindset
  • A high level of discretion and trustworthiness
Work Environment:
  • Fully remote, work from your home or personal workspace
  • Flexible schedule options available (based on client time zones and workload)
  • A reliable internet connection is required (minimum 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)
  • Access to a personal laptop or desktop with updated software
  • Communication via Zoom, Slack, Email, and task platforms
